Service Process

A clear sequence of actions that guarantees quality, a fixed price, and no surprises

1. Request & Booking

Phone, website, messengers → scheduling a convenient visit time (usually 1–2 hours or the next day).

2. Free Visit & Measurement

The technician performs diagnostics, measurements, and prepares an accurate estimate (cost is fixed in the contract).

3. Contract Signing

We fix the price, deadlines, scope of work, and warranty obligations. Payment after completion or in installments.

4. Manufacturing / Assembly

Standard units — 4–7 business days, custom (arches, lamination) — from 14 days.

5. Professional Installation

Performed to DSTU standards, using quality materials. Adherence to installation technology.

6. Handover & Warranty

Client inspection, signing of the acceptance certificate, and registration for warranty coverage (up to 5 years).

UWS Warranty Commitments

Important

According to DSTU B V.2.6.-15:2011, the minimum warranty for uPVC structures is 3 years.
UWS provides an extended warranty of up to 5 years on all completed work and components.

Warranty on Work

Repair, adjustment, seal replacement up to 5 years
Window / door / balcony installation 5 years
Installation joint & airtightness 5 years

Warranty on Materials

Original hardware MACO, ROTO, GU up to 5 years
Glass units 5 years (no condensation inside)
uPVC profile 5 years (no deformation, no color change)

The warranty is valid provided that operating rules are followed and timely service is requested.

Room Preparation

Clear the windowsills and ensure 1–1.5 m of free access to the openings.

Interior Protection

We recommend covering furniture and appliances with film — installation generates dust.

Weather Restrictions

Installation is not performed at temperatures below -15°C or during heavy rain.

Manufacturing Timeline

Standard — 4–7 business days, arches/lamination — from 14 days.

Electricity

A working power outlet is required within a 5–10 m radius of the work area.

Waste Removal

Large debris is taken to the stairwell (disposal is available for an additional fee).
